If your copyrighted work appears here without permission, send a notice and we’ll act. Affected users can file a counter-notice, and repeat infringers lose access.
Polytown Media Ltd., operator of ronenbekerman.com (the "Site"), respects intellectual-property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright and how we handle such reports, consistent with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable law.
01Your responsibilities as a user
You may only upload work that you own or have permission to use. Uploading content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights violates our Terms of Use and may result in removal and account termination.
02How to file a takedown notice
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes the items listed here. The "Report" link shown on every Showcase page and image set starts a pre-addressed email with the content already identified — add the remaining items below before sending.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and enough information for us to locate it (e.g. the URL).
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

04What we do when we receive a valid notice
We will expeditiously remove or disable access to the material, and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted it, so they may submit a counter-notice.
05Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court, and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after the period required by law unless the complaining party files a court action.
06Repeat-infringer policy
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We track repeated valid infringement notices and enforce this policy consistently.
07Other rights and jurisdictions
Copyright holders outside the US may also contact us at the address above; we handle non-US infringement reports in good faith and in line with applicable local law.
